Maybe if I give myself time in the morning I might be able to take my life back. I never have time to plan dinner and I go to the supermarket to feed both myself and that nasty corporate beast. I never did get around to sowing those seeds and I need to saw that wood into logs so I don’t have to buy some. I need to some stretching exercises; I get stuck if I sit down somewhere low.
I am using a notebook to write down everything I do in fifteen minute increments throughout the day. Reviewing these notes I have started to tease-out tasks which could be done first thing in the morning, tasks which don’t take long, yet normally seem to fall through the cracks. Doing these tasks in the first hour after waking would put me back in control. More on this in a later blog.
